This company’s previous IT service providers were not up to the mark and charged heavy sums for service. The systems in the company faced severe connectivity issues, internal networking issues. Repeated failures were also experienced regularly, even after providing AMC services by the service provider. Furthermore, the company often experienced slow internet.
With a rising number of system complexities happened, it became necessary to find a local IT support company that could provide onsite support and annual maintenance contract services effectively and efficiently.
Solutions

We found issues in internal networking, cabling connectivity issues, and server connection issues.
Netwaasal provided a dedicated and skilled support team to rectify internal networking, server connection, resolved collapsed cabling connectivity issues. We monitored their WAN circuits and internet speed and resolved all issues according to the standards. All these problems were rectified without making any new hardware installation. Initially the client company signed one year annual maintenance contract. With one year service, the client was satisfied with the service and extended AMC contract to three years. To discuss the problems, one routine visit (other than calls made) per week are done by service technician.
